Jat Tehnika offers a broad spectrum of maintenance activities such as aircraft maintenance (B737 Classic/NG and ATR42/72 full heavy and line maintenance), engine shop maintenance (CFM 56-3 series overhaul, on-site video boroscope inspection, special processes – machining, welding, plasma thermal spraying, heat treatment), component maintenance (B737 and ATR 72 landing gear Overhaul, hydraulic components, pneumatics, electronics, navigation system, APU), Non Destructive Testing (Eddy Current, X-Ray, Penetrants, Magnoflux, Ultrasonic) as well as services of Engineering Department (EASA Part 21 certified Design Organization, maintenance programs and working documentation development, consulting, record auditing, contracted CAMO functions) and technical training (on-job training).
We have two large hangars (the bigger one can accommodate two B747-400), the state-of-art engine test bench (the thrust up to 75,000 lbs), modern equipped back shops, highly skilled stuff (mechanics and engineers), EASA Part 145, EASA Part 21, FAA FAR 145, Russian Federation, Bermuda, Turkish, Qatar, State of Guernsey, South African Certificates and very competitive labor rate, which can fulfill customer’s needs and expectations.
