Radio Workshop is responsible for component maintenance of aircraft navigation, communications, microwaves and auto flight systems. Services include maintenance, overhaul, modification and repair.
Radio Workshop is approved to provide maintenance for:
- Weather radars
- Radio altimeters
- Transponders
- DME
- HF transceivers
- ADF
- Control Panels Audio
- CDU
- Mode Control Panels
- Antennas, etc.
Over 30 years, Radio Components Workshop, uses Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) – Aeroflex IRIS 2000 and Martron 120 stations- to perform troubleshooting and fault isolation. Workshop staff are skilled and approved to perform complete maintenance of those stations.
